Or muffins in this case....

We always seem to have bananas that get overripe too soon and generally have fresh blueberries in the frig....soooo this happens often.

2-3 very ripe bananas

1 C fresh blueberries

2 eggs

1/2 C vegetable oil

1-1/2 C Self Rising flour

1 C sugar

1 Tblsp honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp allspice

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan or muffins tins (makes about 1-1/2 dozen) Mash together bananas and blueberries till bananas are smooth - leaving berries chunky. add wet ingredients and sugar then blend till well mixed then slowly add in flour. Mix all until we’ll blended and smooth. Fill loaf pan or muffin tins and bake until tops are slightly golden brown. About 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!!
